WARDOGS Medic Leveling Guide — XP Rates and the Smoke Loop

Published 2026-09-18Updated 2026-09-195 min read

Exact Medic XP values in WARDOGS, the bandage-and-resuscitator grind before level 11, and the armored command vehicle revive loop after it.

Heal, revive, repeat — the Medic track turns kindness into cash.

Medic XP comes from three things: bandaging wounded teammates, reviving downed ones, and SMG kills. Healing yourself earns nothing — Medic is a people business.

What Each Action Pays

  • Bandage a teammate: 80 XP
  • Revive with a resuscitator: 200 XP
  • Defibrillator revive (Medic level 11): 250 XP — and if your patient then scores a kill, you earn assist XP on top
  • SMG kills count fully toward Medic

Levels 1–11: The Grind Before the Good Tool

Loadout: lots of bandages, a Field Resuscitator, and an SMG. Play glued to the biggest group you can find and dive into the hotzone, where teammates drop and bleed most often — the zone also pays double XP. Chain bandages on every wounded player (cheap, repeatable), save the resuscitator for downed bodies, and use the SMG to contribute between saves.

One warning: the resuscitator's revive animation is long and interruptible. Drag people behind cover or you become the second body.

Level 11 and Beyond: The Armored Command Vehicle Loop

The defibrillator revives in a fraction of the time and pays 250 XP per pull, four revives per battery. The community's favorite factory for XP:

  1. When your team banks 20 points, call in the armored command vehicle from base — it carries its own smoke launchers.
  2. Drive into the hotzone where teammates fall, park the hull between the body and the incoming fire.
  3. Pop smoke, step out, defib the teammate, climb back in.
  4. Repeat down the whole street of casualties.

The loop levels your Driver track as a bonus, the cash flow is excellent, and the double protection — armor plus smoke — keeps you alive doing it. Two cautions: the command vehicle dies to anti-tank weapons, so keep a wrench handy for field repairs, and a botched defib that electrocutes a teammate costs you money. Aim the paddles properly.
